POWIS SQUARE, Colville Tavistock

The North Kensington ward of Colville is bounded by a blue line and shows 2011 LSOAs - 'Lower Super-Output Areas' - which are used by the GLA (London's strategic authority) to describe deprivation measures. The lighter blue areas have less than 20% social rented housing; the darker blue areas show social rented housing at more than 45%. 

An overlap of the old regeneration area of 1976-86 shows a strong correlation with the lower social housing provision, after the input of Central Government funds during the 1970s.
